This superb Moud rug originates from the renowned artisan workshops of Persia, a masterpiece embodying the rich textile tradition of the region. Every detail is a testament to the skill and patience of the master knotters.
The design is centered around a magnificent, finely detailed polychrome medallion, which captures the eye with its complex floral arabesques and delicate shades of deep blue, terracotta, and a touch of burgundy. Matching pendants are found in the corners of the field, richly adorned with floral motifs that perfectly harmonize with the central medallion. The field, in an elegant cream color, is entirely covered by a refined all-over floral design, a myriad of tiny floral motifs and stylized leaves creating an atmosphere of sophisticated harmony.
