The central field, in a vibrant red, is dominated by an impressive medallion, finely decorated with stylized floral motifs that expand harmoniously across the entire surface. The medallion is framed by cartouche-shaped pendants, also rich in detail. The main border, in a deep navy blue, features a succession of interconnected palmette and floral designs, delimited by thin secondary borders that enhance their contrast.
Made with hand-carded wool, this Persian rug has a density of 160,000-200,000 knots/sqm and a thickness of approximately 1 cm, ensuring durability and softness to the touch. The warp is made of cotton, a technical detail that provides structural stability.
