This splendid Kazak Fine runner, originating from Pakistan, is an authentic expression of traditional textile craftsmanship. Carefully and dedicatedly crafted, it features a vibrant geometric design that captivates the eye with its richness of detail and chromatic harmony. The central field, dominated by an intense blue, is populated by stylized medallions and tribal motifs that follow each other along the length of the rug, creating a dynamic and engaging visual effect. The elaborate borders, with their crimson frames and beige details, beautifully frame the main design, adding depth and character. Every knot tells a story, making each piece unique.
The runner is hand-knotted using high-quality hand-carded wool for the pile, which provides exceptional softness and resistance, as well as a slight color variation known as abrash, a testament to its artisanal authenticity. The warp is made of cotton, ensuring stability and durability over time. With a density ranging between 160,000 and 200,000 knots/sqm and a thickness of approximately 0.9 cm, this piece is not only beautiful to look at but also robust and pleasant to the touch. Ideal for enriching hallways, entryways, or narrow spaces with a touch of ethnic elegance and history.
