An authentic Kazak Fine runner, hand-knotted in Pakistan, embodying the richness of traditional craftsmanship. This rug, made with hand-carded wool on a cotton warp, offers remarkable robustness and softness.
Its design features a series of well-defined geometric medallions, centrally arranged and flanked by smaller stylized motifs, evoking ancient tribal symbolism. The color palette is dominated by an elegant light grey-blue in the central field, beautifully contrasted by rich shades of red and terracotta present in both the medallions and the main border. There are also accents of dark blue and cream that further enrich the details.
The special wool processing and the skill of the knotters create an abrash effect, meaning slight color variations that give the rug a lively and authentic character, a testament to its artisanal origin. With its density of 160,000-200,000 knots/sqm and a thickness of 0.9 cm, this runner is not just a decorative element, but a functional work of art, ideal for enhancing hallways, entrances, or any room desiring a touch of warmth and history.
