This wonderful rug, classified as a Kazak and originating from the lands of Afghanistan, is an authentic expression of tribal textile art. Made entirely with hand-carded wool, it features a cotton warp that ensures its strength and durability. Its thickness of 1.1 cm and high knot density (100,000-150,000 knots/sqm) testify to the care and mastery of the artisans.
The central field is characterized by a predominant shade of sage green, expertly enriched by a delicate abrash effect, which gives depth and movement to the color. Against this background, a vibrant all-over pattern unfolds, composed of multiple geometric motifs including stars, diamonds, and octagonal shapes. The border, in cream, red, and blue tones, harmoniously frames the design, adding a touch of elegance.
A textile work of art that carries with it the history and tradition of nomadic peoples, ideal for enriching any environment with warmth and originality, from the living room to the study, creating a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. Perfect for those seeking a unique piece of craftsmanship that tells a story.
