Its remarkable density of 160,000-200,000 knots/sqm and a thickness of approximately 1.2 cm attest to its meticulous artisanal craftsmanship.
The design is dominated by a large central diamond medallion set against a deep navy blue field, dotted with a delicate all-over pattern of small rosettes and stylized motifs in light and rust tones. The central diamond, on a beige background, is enriched with more elaborate floral designs. Multiple borders elegantly frame the rug: beige bands with floral and geometric patterns, alternated with thin blue and rust borders, enhancing its chromatic contrasts.
