Discover the rug Soumak plain dark green petrol green 160x230 cm

The rug features a solid plain-coloured field, completely free of decorations, medallions or border frames. The surface displays a dense horizontal weave characterised by a fine-ribbed surface relief, generated by the artisanal technique which creates continuous visual movement. The dominant shade is a deep green with petrol hues and subtle natural chromatic variations inherent to the plant-based yarn. The visual appearance is uniform yet rich in tactile nuances provided by the low thickness and tight weave structure that reflects light discretely along the linear ridges.

With a pile made from 100% jute, this rug brings a distinctive decorative presence to the room. Its hand-woven construction shapes the structure and character of the piece. A thickness of 6 mm completes its profile and gives the rug a defined presence in the space.

The 160x230 cm size is recommended for a living room with a 3-seater sofa, to frame the seating area. In the living room it can visually connect the seating and coffee table; check whether the actual size allows the front furniture legs to rest on it. Adapt the arrangement to the actual furniture footprint.
