Mercer geometric copper brick 160x230 cm

Discover the rug Mercer geometric copper brick 160x230 cm

The rug features a monochromatic composition characterized by a geometric checkerboard pattern created through the alternation of squares with different surface relief techniques. The surface displays regular blocks arranged in orderly rows across the entire central field, without perimeter borders or decorative medallions. The visual effect relies entirely on the tonal and textural contrast generated by the raised texture between adjacent squares. The dominant shade is a warm copper color that extends evenly across the entire surface, enhanced by the interplay of light created by the thick structure. The regular repetition of the square modules brings order and symmetry to the overall composition, offering a visually dynamic yet color-wise homogeneous surface.

With a pile made from 100% wool, this rug brings a distinctive decorative presence to the room. Its hand-woven construction shapes the structure and character of the piece. A thickness of 19 mm completes its profile and gives the rug a defined presence in the space.

The 160x230 cm size is recommended for a living room with a 3-seater sofa, to frame the seating area. In the living room it can visually connect the seating and coffee table; check whether the actual size allows the front furniture legs to rest on it. Adapt the arrangement to the actual furniture footprint.
